Hosting Services

The facilities of Capuchin Retreat are available for meetings, workshops and retreats, on a regular basis or for a single event. Groups whose main emphasis is related to spiritual growth and/or human development are welcome to utilize the facilites. There is limited availability for business groups.

There are 46 bedrooms with private bath and shower. Seven rooms have two twin beds for a total of 53 guests. (Some rooms have double beds)

There is a Conference room with power point projector and screen that holds up to 65 people.. The conference room also has coffee available 24 hours a day and there is soda and bottled water for sale in the same area.

There is Full dining service for three warm meals catered by Ovations Dining Service. The dining room can hold up to 65 people. The dining area also has coffee, cookies, snacks and fruit available 24 hours a day.

There is a lounge with the ability of handling a social for any gatherinig.

There are 95 acres of plains and wooded land with paths and benches. There is also a Gazebo and picnic tables on the grounds along with a pond and two fountains.

We have staff members available from early morning until late evening if there are any needs or emergencies.

Costs vary depending on the number of meals, use of private rooms and other rooms or equipment. There is also a minimun non-refundable deposit based on the number of people and days of useage. These are worked out with Rose Ann Miller, the Adminsitrative Assistant. The office hours are from 8:30 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday.

Please note that weekends are generally booked for the sole use of the the internal programs of the Center. However,we do have a very limited number that are available.
