Hosting Services
The facilities of Capuchin Retreat are available for meetings, workshops and retreats, on a regular basis or for a single event. Groups whose emphasis is related to spiritual growth and/or human development are welcome to utilize the facilities. Business groups or family gatherings do not fit into the vision and mission of the Center.
There are 47 bedrooms with private bath and shower. Seven rooms have two twin beds for a total of 54 guests. (Some rooms also have double beds) Each room has a ceiling fan and the gathering rooms are air conditioned.
There are two meeting rooms with power point projector and screen. PA system etc. One has a capacity of 65 people and the other 30. Both rooms also has coffee available 24 hours a day.
There is Full dining service for three warm meals catered by Ovations Dining Service. The dining room can hold up to about 65 people. The dining area also has coffee, juice machine,cookies, snacks and fruit available 24 hours a day.
There is a fireplace lounge with the ability of handling a social for any gathering.
There are 95 acres of plains and wooded land with 22 paths. There is also a gazebo and picnic tables, along with benches on the grounds. There is a pond and three fountains for your relaxation. .
We have staff members available from early morning until late evening if there are any needs or emergencies.
We have WIRELESS INTERNET service available in the fireplace lounge and the meeting rooms.
We have MENU choices for the meals, if a group so desires.
COSTS vary depending on the number of meals, use of private rooms and other rooms or equipment. Normally one full day with three meals, private room and bath is $70 per person. There is also a minimum non-refundable deposit based on the number of people and days of usage. These are worked out with Rose Ann Miller, the Administrator. The office hours are from 8:30 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday. Rental of specific rooms or equipment for a group is an additional cost.

- Please note that weekends are generally booked for the sole use of the the internal programs of the Center. However,we do have a very limited number that are available.
