Join us on Sunday evenings for a candlelight dinner, input, prayer and sharing. The evening begins at 4:30PM with registration and finishes by 8:00 PM.

 

TOPICS: AN EVENING WITH YOUR SPOUSE – An Experience in Communication for Couples.

Spend a relaxing and inspiring Sunday evening with your spouse at the Capuchin Retreat in Washington, Michigan.   The evening starts at 5PM with a short meditation and presentation, then a social wine and other refreshments, followed by a candlelight dinner.  After dinner there will be an inspiring evening on an experience in communication for couples given by Fred Cavaiani, Marriage Counselor and Psychologist.  The three evenings will approach the themes of learning how to communicate on a deeper level; learning how to listen more effectively; and how to become more alive in your marriage and relationship.  Every couple struggles and needs a breath of fresh air with each other and with God. Come Away with  your spouse to this inspiring evening in a very sacred and peaceful setting.   Set aside this evening.  You will not be bored. You will be inspired to have a deeper relationship with your spouse, with yourself and with God.   Cost for the evening is $55.00/couple which includes a social and wonderful dinner.

About the Facilitator: Fred Cavaiani:

Fred Cavaiani is a Psychotherapist, Licensed Marriage Counselor, Limited Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed master Social Worker. He is the founder of Marriage Growth Center, Growth Workshops and Caring for People. Fred has given workshops throughout the United States to various groups on personal and professional growth. He has presented programs for engaged and married couples in over 180 parishes throughout the Archdiocese and at the three major retreat houses in the area: Capuchin Retreat, Manresa and St. Paul of the Cross. He is a dynamic and motivating speaker. Fred is a great facilitator in helping couples deepen their communication with each other.  Fred has a private practice in Troy, Michigan and also has been an instructor at Davenport University teaching courses in Psychology and Human Relations in Management for ten years. Also, he writes a bi-weekly column for the Detroit Legal News called the "Counselor's Corner."
