Wisdom starts at 60 and becomes deeper as the years continue. The senior years are really the years of wonderful personal growth. Those of us at Capuchin Retreat have created a time and place for those in their senior years to come and be nourished. Each Session will be composed of a short talk and sharing. The Wisdom of the people gathered will be facilitated in a very inspiring and productive manner.

9:00 - 10:00 - The Joy of Wisdom Years
10:00 - 10:15 - Break
10:15 - 11:00 - Appreciating our Successes and Failures, Good Times and Bad Times.
11:00 - 11:15 - Break
11:15 - 12:00 - The Contemplative Years for People of Wisdom (Appreciating our relationship with God and deepening it through meditation.)
12:00 - Lunch
1:30 - Mass for those who wish.....

*About the Leader - Fred Cavaiani
Fred Cavaiani is a psychotherapist, licensed marriage counselor, limited licensed psychologist, and a licensed master social worker. He has a private practice in Troy Michigan and also has been a professor at Davenport University.He also writes a bi-weekly column for the Detroit Legal News called "The counselor's corner."
Fred has presented my programs on prayer, and emotional and spiritual growth throughout Michigan and the United States. He has offered programs in over 180 parishes and at the three main retreat centers in the Greater Metropolitan area. He is an entertaining and inspiring speaker and is great facilitator in bringing out the wisdom of the group.
